Nairobi Apartment Block — Roof & Basement Waterproofing

Complete waterproofing solution for a 12-storey residential apartment block in Westlands, Nairobi. The project involved waterproofing of the basement parking area, all wet rooms on every floor, and the exposed roof deck.

Ecoproof CWP was applied on the basement walls and floor slab for crystallization waterproofing, while Ecoshield Super was used on the roof deck. Ultraflex-2K was applied in all wet rooms including bathrooms and kitchen areas across all 12 floors.

The project was completed in 6 weeks with zero water ingress reported 12 months post-completion.
