School Block — Roof & Wet Room Waterproofing

Full waterproofing of a newly constructed 3-storey school block including roof, ablution blocks, kitchen and all wet areas. The project was completed during the school holiday to avoid disruption to students.

Ultraflex-2K was applied in all wet rooms and the flat roof. Bondaid S was used as a waterproofing additive in the screed mix for wet room floors, providing additional protection and improved adhesion for the tile bed.
