About This Project
Restoration of a heavily leaking corrugated iron and concrete roof on a large industrial warehouse in Nairobi's Industrial Area. The roof had multiple leak points and significant areas of corrosion and concrete deterioration.
Flexkote cold applied membrane was used for its ease of application over the irregular roof surface and proven performance in repair and restoration of leaking roofs. Ecoshield Super was applied as a final protective and waterproofing coat.
The project was completed over a single weekend to minimise disruption to warehouse operations.
