Flexkote is a single component, ready-to-use, cold applied flexible waterproofing membrane. Ideal for a wide range of waterproofing applications including roofs, foundations, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and building facades.
Also serves as a vapour barrier and damp proof membrane in sandwich panel construction. Effective for repair and restoration of leaking roofs.
